It is great to make your acquaintance.  After bouncing around majors and a couple of colleges as an undergrad I eventually found my calling and graduated at the top of my class from the University of Virginia (go Hoos!).  Seeking longer winters and more traffic, I made my way to Yale University where I earned my Master's Degree in short order.  The opportunity to study at Yale exposed me to several of the most distinguished professors and architects in the world, including Deborah Berke, Demetri Porphyrios, Frank Gehry, Cesar Pelli, and of course Robert A.M. Stern who was the Dean during my time there.  Upon graduation, I worked for Mr. Stern at his eponymous firm in New York City, where I worked long hours for little pay on projects such as the Comcast Center and Philadelphia Navy Yard.    Restless for new challenges, I ventured off on my own into the world of residential design and construction.  During that time, I had opportunities to work on numerous projects of my own in addition to stints with high-end residential design firms such as Oliver Cope Architects.

Somehow during all of this I met the love of my life, Danielle, who has put up with me for over 20 years.  Together we created three new humans, Ava, Gabe, and AJ who are all already smarter than their parents, and let us know all of the time.  In between driving them to their various endeavors and social events I try to check the  boxscores while making coffee, exercise less than I should, and make plans to sit on my front porch more.
